The TCV qualification will help me get a job.

Youth Vision gets me more active, it gets me out of the city into the country, which is good for my health.

Tool safety was my biggest achievement as I want to get a job as a joiner.

Being at Youth Vision is better than being in the city – in the city I get bullied but here I don’t.

Jordon has loved every minute here. It has helped build his confidence with others. He has been much keener to be out and about and having a bit more space has been great for me.

How to use tools safely will assist me in my adult life

I know that youth vision has benefitted Jay. It is giving him more confidence and challenging him to work in a group with people he does not know. Both skills that will help him when he moves on from school. Jay looks forward to these sessions and I genuinely grateful for the support that you have shown Jay. I think his chances of achieving a positive destination when he leaves school have been increased by the support of Youth Vision.

The best thing about Youth Vision is you learn new skills and everyone has patience with you.

We have worked with Youth Vision in the past and our young people have really valued the opportunity the bespoke timetable has offered them. The regular contact and dove-tailing with the traditional timetable has made a real difference to how the young people view their outdoor learning experience.

As a school we are looking for partners who can offer sustained opportunities for young people as part of a supported curriculum and Youth vision has offered this effectively for our students.

This has been wonderful for our boys, learning about life outside Harmeny. Thank you to Sara and all the volunteers.
